How Do I Upload Case Photos?
To upload case photos, you first need to register. Registration is free and takes about one minute. After you register, you need to log-in into your account and create a case. Then after you create a case, you will be instructed to upload photos for that case.

I forgot my username or password?
If you have already registered to post case photos, your username is simply your email address. If you cannot remember your password, please click here and we will send you an email confirming that you forgot your password. When you get that email, simply click on the link in the email and we will reset your password to you. After you receive the new password by email, you can then log-in to your account.

How Do I Change the Order of Case Photos?
To change the order of your case photos, first log into your account. Then click on the “Add/Edit Photos from Cases” link or click on the “My Cases” link. Then Select a case to edit. After you select your case, you see the photos for this case. Use the “Up” and “Down” buttons to change the order of the photos. The first photo on the page, is the first photo that will be showed on the site…

How Do I Upload more than Five Photos to a Case?
To upload more than Five photos, first upload the first five photos. When you are finished with this, you will be asked if you want to upload additional photos.

Help, my photos are not uploading?
Please be sure you are uploading GIF or JPEG files. No other types of files can be uploaded to the site. Also, please be sure your photos are not greater than 2MB in size, the maximum size for photos on the site.
