This is the same case that you see uploaded a couple of months before here wonder why additional photos can’t be up loaded easily

Patient had a deficient buccal cortex (3mm thick) and all implantologists on the forum advised a cortical plate grafting.

Accordingly a labial cortical plate from the chin was harvested and grafted on to the maxillary labial plate covered with DFDBA covered with membrane and sutured with prolene sutures. Waiting for healing.

    It’s three weeks and I haven’t had comments. Actually I have few more photos but osseonews won’t let me post them.
