A color calibration preset was applied in Image 3 that correlated the density of the bone to approximate Hounsfield units in the graph located in the axial view. Hounsfield units represent bone density. This provided not only a visual indication of the bone density, but also an approximate Hounsfield unit measurement as well.

    Is this a sales pitch? Or actual instruction? Any cone beam will give you similar results.
