Restoration w/Stepped Back Abutment

In this case the abutment was made, without intention, as a stepped back abutment on the distal. It is interesting to see the condition of the bone verses the mesial. Amazing how things are discovered in dentistry. Note the step back on the mesial and how the tissue looks different.
