No primary stability first straumann implant

Implant placed in a wide crest that had to be leveled. Did the surgical protocol provided by straumann, and got no stability at all, from the ct scan i can tell it was d3 and d4 bone. So what can i do to get better stability with these implants, i’m used to nobel and biohorizons.
